- New flue liners within existing 40m chimney
- 1050 KW Plate Heat Exchanger
- Lochinvar 400Lt Gas fired Condensing Water Heater
- 4 No. Twin Invertor Secondary pump sets
- Copper Pipework, Fittings, Valves, and Insulation
- New 100m Gas supply from meter for new boilers
- Flamco twin system pressurisation unit
- 2 No. 450Lt Expansion Vessels
- Magnetic filtration and dosing pots.
- Expansion vessels, pipework, and Insulation.
- Electrical Trunking, wiring, Switchgear and earth bonding.
- New lighting with Emergency Luminaires
- Gas Solenoid valve and Gas Detection Alarm PanelReplacement of corridor cast iron radiators with LST steel panel radiators
- Complete New Control panel, Trend BMS controls system, c/w 4 No Space Zone Sensors, remote monitoring, and associated equipment
- Builders work in connection with the new installation.
- Hire of Temporary Oil Boiler for duration of the contract works.
